Terms of Service — QuoteShield

1. Service Description

QuoteShield provides an embeddable lead qualification widget for Australian trade businesses. The service includes AI-powered job analysis, lead scoring, price estimation, and notification features. All price estimates are indicative only and do not constitute binding quotes.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate business information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per ABN.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

The Free tier includes up to 20 leads per month. The Pro tier ($29/month AUD) provides unlimited leads and additional features. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QuoteShield to submit fraudulent leads, spam customers, or misrepresent AI-generated estimates as formal quotes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

QuoteShield provides AI analysis on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated scores, estimates, or analysis. Price estimates are indicative ranges, not guaranteed quotes.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
